Quality Policy Statement The Nicholls Colton Group provides a wide range of services relating to the construction sectors, including laboratory and in-situ testing of materials and soils and aggregates, analysis of contaminated soils and asbestos containing materials, specialist inspections of structures, environmental monitoring, drainage surveys, and geotechnical and geo-environmental consultancy services. The Nicholls Colton Group is committed to meeting the needs and expectations of its clients and customers through the implementation of an effective quality management system. This Policy is aimed at supporting the strategic direction of the business. Managers are responsible for the quality awareness of all staff in their departments. It is the responsibility of all employees, and others, working for Nicholls Colton Group to familiarise themselves with the Quality Management System and work in accordance with the policies and procedures. The Nicholls Colton Group is committed to:  Understanding the requirements of our customers and aiming to exceed their expectations by achieving and maintaining a high standard of ethics, quality and professional practice in all aspects of its work and offering best in sector service  Providing a culture of quality best practice throughout the business that is understood and supported by all  To implement appropriate actions to address any risks and opportunities associated with internal / external issues, and to meet the needs and expectations of interested parties  Implementing and maintaining a documented quality management system that meets the requirements of the business, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2005 for the activities listed in the respective scope or schedules and maintaining 3rd party certification/accreditation including UKAS and MCERTS  Driving continuous improvement throughout the business to enable increased efficiency, profitability and improved service to customers through the use of this policy, quality objectives, performance evaluation including audits, corrective and preventative actions and management review  Measuring process efficiency for appropriate business critical processes and improving them all from their current value by 2019  Providing sufficient resources to maintain, develop and improve the business through the quality management system  To comply as a minimum with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements This Policy will be brought to the attention of all employees through inductions and briefings and is displayed on noticeboards and the website. It will also be available to the public on request. The Quality Policy is reviewed annually for continuing suitability. The policy has the full support of the Board of Directors and the Nicholls Colton Group Management Team.
